KEW at Kraftyhands

Hi everyone,

It has got around to  my turn to post on the Blog at http://kraftyhands.blogspot.co.uk/
I decided to share a card I made a little while ago using the lovely 'Kew' papers and postcard topper from  Kraftyhands online shop. The postcard topper has been cut into a heart shape which layers lovely onto the gorgeous Joy die from Noor Designs UK.  In fact all the dies are Joy dies. The embellishments came from Live and Love Crafts and everything else came from my stash.

I do hope you have time to pop over and take a look at  Kraftyhands  blog.

As always, thanks for looking, and have a great day!

LIVE AND LOVE CRAFTS CHALLENGE - ICE CREAM PHOTO INSPIRATION

Hi all

Two postings in one day!  It is a long time since I did that.  Please scroll down to see the prior post if you are interested.
I am back with a photo of a creation I made recently which I would like to enter into the Challenge at  http://liveandlovecrafts.blogspot.co.uk/2015/05/challenge-35-ice-cream.html
I was inspired by the colours in the photo.

I had such fun making this greeting banner.  I used the fabulous cake slice box template for the shape in the lovely Dutch Doobadoo Range at Tracy's shop found here:  http://noordesign-shop.co.uk/

The flowers came from Live and Love Crafts

The flowers came from Wild Orchid Crafts and anything else came from my stash.

What a lovely Challenge this is!  And, of course I would like to enter this into the May Challenge at http://liveandlovecrafts.blogspot.co.uk/2015/05/challenge-35-ice-cream.html
and also the challenge at http://deepoceanchallengeblog.blogspot.co.uk/

NOOR DESIGNS UK CHALLENGE - May Flowers

Hi all

I am here today with a photo of a creation I made recently which I would like to enter into the Challenge at  http://noordesign-shop.co.uk/

I had such fun making this Cake slice box.  In fact I went a bid mad and made more than one, so watch this space......  There is a fabulous template for this in the lovely Dutch Doobadoo Range at Tracy's shop found here:  http://noordesign-shop.co.uk/

It goes without saying that I just love the Dutch Doobadoo range.  The templates are brilliant and easy to use.  In addition I have used the Dutch Doobadoo structure paste and then sprinkled fine glitter on, for the icing on the cake and the die-cuts.  Love the Structure paste!

The flowers came from Wild Orchid Crafts and anything else came from my stash.

What a lovely Challenge this is!  And, of course I would like to enter this into the May Challenge at http://noordesign-uk.blogspot.co.uk/2015/05/challenge-6-may-flowers.html

As always, thanks for looking,

FUSSY & FANCY FRIDAY CHALLENGE - Photo Inspiration - Lavender and Yellow

Hi everyone,

I am delighted to be back with a Design Team card to share which I made for the Challenge at  Fussy and Fancy  Actually, it is not my turn to post this time but when I saw the lovely Inspiration photo I could not resist playing along.
Isn't this photo just gorgeous that Diane has chosen!

Diane is hosting this Challenge, and we are sponsored by Fresh Brewed Designs
and Sweet Lilac Flowers I was lucky enough to be able to use this lovely image for my creation!   I think this is such a versatile image and especially suited to celebration cards.

I opted to make another gift bag, altering one which was in a pack from either The Range at York or Hobbycraft.
Have you seen this beautiful lace?!  OMG!  I was sent the most beautiful little parcel of the finest quality lace by Jules (Jules Ribbons and Cards) to try.  Well, as a lot of you will know, I usually get my lace locally and I was expecting to receive much the same as I can get in Town.  WAS I WRONG!!!!  This lady's shop is definitely worth a look and the photos just do not do it justice at all.  I love using Guipure lace and there are some beautiful designs (which I must admit I had not seen before) at such reasonable prices to be found here
In addition there is a lovely selection of rosette ribbon, seam binding (this is what I used for my two bows) and also flat back pearls on roll.  I am well impressed!
Thank you Jules!
